All registration fees must be paid in full to secure your placement at the event.
All registrations are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you review all event details carefully before completing your registration.
As a vendor or featured author, you are responsible for your own promotional materials and equipment unless otherwise specified. BWOT reserves the right to remove any vendor whose materials are deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the mission of the conference.
Black Writers On Tour, its organizers, and the Carson Community Center are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property during the face-to-face event. Attendees and vendors participate at their own risk.
By attending the event, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur. You grant Black Writers On Tour the right to use your image or likeness in future promotional materials, social media, and website galleries.
BWOT reserves the right to modify the seminar schedule, speakers, or venue if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
